This the most used cake book in my collection. The cover recipe for Coconut cream cake is my most requested repeat, followed closely by the german Chocolate. Her simplified swiss/italian buttercream is foolproof! i only wish there was a volume 2 in the works. love it!

it's Caprial. it's not bad. it's on clearance. there's a good toffee dessert recipe that's probably worth the price alone.
