I am a veteran baker who is always looking for healthy alternatives to baking with white flour. I have enjoyed looking throught this book. The recipes are diverse, clear and easy to follow. Recently I prepared the cornbread recipe. It was moist, delicious, nutritious and best of all, it was still great the next day. I would recommend this book for anyone who is interested in good nutrition and good baking. Enjoy.
