Allergy-Free Cookbook

Wonderful cookbook for me as a 'grandma' who wants to feed and cook with her 2-yr-old granddaughter with severe allergies to dairy, eggs, and nuts discovered a year ago. For her 2nd b'day this past week, I made the vanilla cupcakes w/o any of those three allergens. At the top of each recipe each allergen that the recipe avoids is stated clearly so you see at a glance. Yet, if a recipe contains an allergen you must avoid, no problem, because in the margin she gives the recipe change(s) using a substitute ingredient for that allergen. Therefore, every recipe is usable by anyone with any allergen. In the front of book she includes lots of other info relevant to each allergy, interfacing with school nurses/teachers, etc..she is very clear and concise and shows a lot of thought and planning. Many recipes are included here from main meals to side dishes to beverages to desserts. Excellent book.
